14-day money-back guarantee
Every Fableworks HQ product comes with a 14-day, no-quibble money-back guarantee. If within 14 days of purchase you're not happy — the file won't open, it isn't what you expected, or you simply changed your mind — contact us and we'll refund you in full.
How to request a refund
Reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle, or email us at [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout. We aim to reply within two working days and process approved refunds straight away. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, and can take a few days to appear depending on your bank.
Digital products & your statutory rights
Our products are instant digital downloads. Under UK consumer law you may be asked to waive the automatic 14-day cancellation right so you can download immediately. Our voluntary 14-day guarantee above applies regardless, and nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
