Who we are
Fableworks HQ ("we", "us") is a sole-trader business based in Wales, United Kingdom, selling digital spreadsheet tools for UK sole traders, freelancers and landlords. By using this site or buying a product you agree to these terms.
Our products are tools, not advice
Our calculators and spreadsheets produce estimates and record-keeping aids only. They are not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice, and they do not cover every situation. You are responsible for your own tax position and filings. Always confirm figures with GOV.UK, HMRC or a qualified accountant before relying on them.
Payment & Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller of our products. Paddle handles the transaction, collects and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax, and will appear on your statement and receipt. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in pounds sterling; your local currency and tax are calculated at checkout.
Licence
When you buy a product you get a non-exclusive licence to use it for your own personal or business purposes. Please don't resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the files, or pass them off as your own.
Refunds
Every product carries a 14-day money-back guarantee — see our refund policy.
Liability
We provide the products with reasonable care, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the tools — for example a tax under- or over-payment. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
